There are four guide rollers in total, and the height of the guide rollers is 75mm~35mm, which are used for the entrance of the rolling mill for the pre-finishing of rods and wires, the entrance of the slitting hole and the pre-slitting hole. There are four arms, each equipped with a guide roller. "Two pairs of compression springs + four adjustment screws" adjust the opening and closing of the four arms, thereby adjusting the opening of the two pairs of guide rollers. There is a cam fine-tuning device on the end surface, which can fine-tune the opening of the guide rollers online. This adjustment is a single-point symmetrical adjustment; the four arms have been carefully designed geometrically. When the cam is single-point adjusted, the two pairs of guide rollers can be parallel Open and close, so as to keep the opening of the front and rear two pairs of guide rollers always consistent, but this kind of guide structure is more complicated. Guide roller bearings are lubricated with oil, gas or grease. Cooling water enters from the box and passes through four arms, each arm has a cooling water hole, spraying water to cool the respective guide rollers. Two pairs of guide rollers hold the rolled piece more stably than a pair of guide rollers, which can reduce the vibration of the rolled piece.
