HOLLTECK series RTO-4B-RTO-0B torsion guide

The height of twisting roller is 160mm～45mm. It is used at the outlet of the rolling mill for intermediate rolling and finishing rolling of rods and wires, so that the rolled piece can be twisted at an angle of 90° or 45°. The part where the torsion roller is located is the torsion head, which can be adjusted in a wide range through the worm gear mechanism to control the torsion angle. The torsion roll is generally a flat roll with a simple structure. The opening between a pair of torsion rolls is adjusted through a worm gear structure, which is used to adapt to different sizes of rolled pieces, or to fine-tune the torsion angle of rolled pieces. The torsion roller bearings are lubricated with oil, air or grease. There are cooling water holes on the box, spraying water to cool the torsion roller. The torsion guide has a compact structure, fine manufacture, and convenient adjustment; it is small in size and is suitable for multi-line torsion of small-sized rolled pieces.
